    Usually two to three weeks, depending on nail growth.

    Does gel damage nails?

    Damage usually comes from forced removal. Soaking it off gently protects the nail.

    Soft gel or extensions?

    Soft gel is colour on your natural nail at its own length. Extensions add length and shape on top.

    Does the pedicure include a foot scrub?

    Yes: cleaning, trimming, cuticle care, scrub and moisturising.
